they can't connect to the network to retrieve or execute
the script, plus the drive letters and file paths will
probably be different.

- Have file/path location overrides by Designer
- when creating the design transfer script, ask if the
overrides should be used. Continue to use the paramter
location to create the scripts in, but use the override
path for the location of the script files.

the user is connected via Java, and if so, automatically
transfer the files to the override path.
